How does a Doctor Beer gift voucher work?
After your secure Stripe payment, you instantly receive a personalised PDF voucher by email. Forward it to the recipient or print it. To redeem, the recipient simply contacts us at info@doctorbeer.be or on WhatsApp to schedule their experience — no fixed date, full flexibility within the validity period.
What is the validity period of the vouchers?
Experience vouchers (Beer Tasting, Beer & Food Pairing, Brewery Tour) are valid for 12 months from purchase. The Beer Shop Credit voucher is valid for 24 months. The exact expiry date is printed on each PDF voucher.
Can I personalise the message on the voucher?
Yes — once you've received the PDF, you can fill in the 'From' and 'To' fields by hand or digitally before printing or forwarding it. The voucher includes elegant spaces designed to be customised by the gifter, so you can add a personal touch (birthday, anniversary, thank you, etc.).
Is the voucher sent by email or postal mail?

What if the voucher is not used before it expires?
