We ship our Belgian beer packs and exceptional beers across Belgium and Europe, and to selected destinations worldwide (United States, United Kingdom, Australia and more). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination and weight. Free shipping is offered on orders over €60 within Belgium.
Belgium: 1–3 working days. European Union: 3–7 working days. International (US, UK, Australia, etc.): 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance. Every order receives a tracking number by email.
All bottles are protected with reinforced cardboard inserts and shock-absorbing materials. Vintage and large-format bottles travel in extra-secure double-walled boxes. We have a 99.7% intact-arrival rate. In the rare case a bottle arrives broken, we replace it free of charge.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify and Google. Your card information never touches our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal and Apple Pay / Google Pay.
After payment, the voucher PDF is sent automatically by email — usually within seconds. You can forward it directly to the recipient or print it. Each voucher has a unique code redeemable on our website or by contacting us. Vouchers are valid 12 months from purchase date.
Vouchers are non-refundable but fully transferable — you can give them to anyone, any time. If you cannot use a voucher before its expiry date, contact us at info@doctorbeer.be at least 2 weeks in advance and we will do our best to find a solution.
