Kriek Boon is a self-fermentation beer based on old and young lambic that ages in oak barrels. When making this genuine kriek beer, only real fresh cherries are used and no concentrate is added. There are about 250 grams of fresh cherries per liter of Kriek Boon. The fermentation of these cherries with young lambic beer gives the Kriek Boon its deliciously authentic taste. Bonus: this beer is not pasteurized.
