Diôle Rosée
Diôle rosée is brewed in Basècles, near Mons, by the brasserie des Carrières, which has been in existence since 2012.
This fruity beer is the result of a blend of blonde Diôle and natural grape juice.
Hops and barley malt are grown by the brewery itself.
It has a pink ruby red dress, slightly veiled because not filtered.
Its foam is very thin, with low sparkling and little tenacity.
On the nose, the intensity of the aromas is average. There are notes of grape, cherry and raspberry and notes of cereals from the Diôle blonde.
In the mouth, fruits invade the palate at first mouth with excellent freshness and all without adding sugars.
The rather light bitterness at the end of the mouth reminds us that we are facing a beer from a blend and gives a unique character to this beer.
I advise you to accompany this beer with red fruit or a piece of chocolate.
