The 1897 is a blend between a season-style beer with three cereals (barley, wheat, and oats) including a nice amount of raw (non-malted) grains and a young lambic from Cantillon. The result is dry, suret, with cereal and fresh bitterness. The perfect beer for any occasion, but especially for watching Union matches!
